#LAVUELTA: THE BRAVE OF LUTSENKO

LAVUELTA: Stage number 5 and first test. From Benicassm to Alcossebre. An up and down along 175,7 km and today’s breakaway made by a brave Alexey Lutsenko (Astana), the same insulted by the group at Tour de France in Isoar when he tried another action from the very long distance making someone really upset. “Where are you going?” they asked him. He wanted to go for the victory he desired. This success is double for Astana, as gained by a Kazakh athlete. Brave, smart and talented he overcame Alaphilippe and Soler who lost their chance struggling each other while the Alexandre Vinokourov racer was taking the lead.
Behind, there was another race. The one of the big names. Froome works hard but July fitness has been lost, his only strenght now is Italian and his name is Gianni Moscon. In the end he managed to increase the gap from Aru and Nibali. The Sardininan Aru lost just 11″ from the leader, while the Sicilian took 26″. But Nibali from a certain point of view is the one gaining more from this stage. He loves the long uphills, but here there were just short ones, so this result was expected. We will see tomorrow, with another nervous track concluded by a big downhill to Sangunt. The Shark from Messina is one of the best on this kind of roads, both for catching up and running away. The big news anyway is that Alberto Contador is on fire. And this is a great thing for the next days.
The 6th stage reaches Valencia after crossing two wonderful parks: Serra d’Espadan, famous for marine pine resin extraction, and the Natural park of Serra Calderona. A great landscape, for which you can have a preview thanks to our recognition.
