ABU DHABI TOUR: EUGERT ZHUPA AND JAKUB MARECZKO IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Wilier Triestina – Southeast was one of the major protagonists of the 2nd stage of the Abu Dhabi Tour won at the sprint by Mark Cavendish.

The great action of Eugert Zhupa and his five companions was stopped with only 600 metres to go by the bunch that didn’t let him claiming his 4th win in the season.

While Zhupa was chased by the peloton, Jakub Mareczko was getting ready for the final sprint that the bresciano rider ended in 4th place sending some interesthing signals for sunday’s last stage.

Tomorrow the peloton will climb to Jebel Hafeet, the only uphill final of this edition.
