If you’re not a biker, you can still use the exercises offered by our coaches.
WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?
We’re talking about free support, supervised by one of our coaches:
- Test and evaluate your current form status
- Draw up an appropriate training plan
- Get an improvement
- A card of postural exercises
- Get dietary advice
Remember, however, that training too much during this period is not recommended.
