In the stage of today the group arrive at Alberobello, the town of Trulli. Si cambia ancora regione e lo spettacolo paesaggistico è sempre assicurato e, mentre al Nord Italia domina il grigio e la pioggia, questo inizio di #Giro100 è baciato dal sole. Si arriva ad Alberobello città dei trulli. Nel ciclismo recente è rimasto famoso un corridore, chiamato il Trullo Volante. Leonardo Piepoli, compagno di squadra di Riccardo Riccò, e gregario abilissimo nello scortare i capitani in salita. LA TAPPA: 224 chilometri da affrontare, con partenza da Castrovillari. Yesterday we guess our prediction with the Colombian Fernando Gaviria winner in Messina, even thanks to the help of our athlete Davide Martinelli, always a key in this kind of race. After leaving the Etna, still visible in the background of the Lungomare Matteotti, the Giro go to Aspromonte, right at the bottom of Italy, in Reggio Calabria, one of the oldest cities in Europe.
