Su e giù per 175,7 km e oggi la fuga va con un coraggioso Alexey Lutsenko (Astana), quello che si era beccato gli insulti del gruppo anche al Tour de France, nella tappa dell’Isoar, quando ci aveva provato da lontana e il gruppo non aveva per niente gradito. TARRAGONA (SPA): Un italiano atípico Matteo Trentin, uno que viene, como dice el apellido, de Trentino. Un italiano atípico porque tiene un DNA belga. Un hombre experto de las clásicas, es parte de uno de los batallones de ciclismo más importantes del mundo, el más equipado para las grandes competiciones en el norte de Europa. Y la prueba de hoy en Tarragona tenía un final intrincado, una pista donde fue capaz de dar lo mejor. Aunque no es un velocista ha superado muchas ruedas rápidas comenzando con el español Juan Lobato. NIBALI SUFFRE PERO Y SE LLEVA GANANDO

ANDORRA: Vincenzo Nibali sufre y deja el grupo, pero luego regresa y se lleva la delantera ganando una etapa muy intensa en Andorra. El corredor siciliano ha sido grande manejando su energía, o tal vez sólo estaba actuando en la primera parte, antes de triunfar delante de David Delacruz y Froome. Con esta acción tomó la camisa verde, también reduciendo el retraso en la clasificación jerárquica general a 10″.
