The wet Tuscanian roads conditioned the Chianti’s time trial, a stage that closed the first week of the Giro d’Italia for Wilier – Southeast.
It wasn’t a great day for our colours who have chosen to don’t take risks with Liam Bertazzo who has set the best time 4’35” away from the winner Primoz Roglic.
Tuesday, after tomorrow’s rest day, the Giro will restart from Toscana towards Sestola in a stage full of climbs that could be full of surprises.
